Additional papers served to the same person at the same time and location will be charged at $40.00 for each additional paper.
Filing fees will not be combined; you pay only the base rate. For example, you will not be charged individually to have an order signed and a notice set. Fees are based on a single trip/case basis. Feel free to contact us for the total cost to file your documents.
We do not charge extra to make copies and mail back your file stamped documents. When your filing work is completed, we fax back file marked and conformed copies as soon as we return from the courthouse. Original copies are mailed back or hand delivered upon request.
